Arthritis

Inflammation of one or more joints with an unknown cause.
Types:

Rheumatoid Arthritis - a chronic systematic, diffuse disease characterized by inflammatory changes in joints and realted structures resulting in deformities.

Signs and Symptoms:

Morning stiffness around the joints
Arthritis of three or more joints areas simultaneously have had soft tissue swelling or fluid observe by the physician.

Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA)

Is the sudden development of neurologic deficit due to an abrupt severe decrease in cerebral circulation by either a thrombus, embolus or hemorrhage which causes a cerebral infarct, also called stroke.
Risk Factor:

Hypertension
Diabetes Mellitus
Arterioscleroses
Peripheral Vascular Disease
Plegia - paralysis

Symptoms:

Symptoms depend upon the location of the infarct
Aphasia

Hypoglycemia
